These terms cover this website and the invite list. Destiny is made by 
Audemars De Luca (ADL). By using the site, you agree to them.
The invite list
Request an invite with your own email. Asking doesn’t guarantee an invite, and we decide who gets one and when.
Don’t submit other people’s emails or flood the list.
Trying the app
Invites come through Apple’s TestFlight, so Apple’s TestFlight terms apply as well. Test versions can change, break or stop working without notice.
Places and plans
Destiny suggests places from public information. Hours, prices, menus, lines and events change, so check with a place before you go.
You decide where to go and what you do there, and you’re responsible for following each place’s rules and the law.
What’s on this site
The words, photos, film and logo here belong to ADL or to their owners. Don’t reuse them without asking.
Using the site
Don’t try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it for anything illegal.
No guarantees
The site and the app are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, ADL isn’t liable for losses that come from using them.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
