A plan got something wrong

Shake your phone on the plan and say what was wrong, or write to us with the day and what you asked for. We read every report.

Destiny+

To cancel or change it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Destiny. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

On a new phone, sign in with the same Apple ID and Destiny+ comes with you. Apple handles refunds, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Notifications

Turn them on or off in the app’s settings, or in your iPhone’s Settings under Destiny. Tap Not for me on one and you’ll get fewer like it.

Your account and information

What Destiny knows, in the app’s settings, shows what it has from what you’ve shared. Delete my account, also in settings, removes your account and everything kept for it.
